Shipping Policies  

We guarantee shipment same or next business day. Items purchased on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday. U.S. holidays are not business days. All orders are shipped with "Delivery confirmation" CustomCurling is not responsible for any "missing" shipment with a USPS "Delivered" status. Please contact your local U.S. Postal Service if you did not receive a package with a "Delivered" status. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to all US addresses on any orders over $75. Single item purchase are sent via USPS first class mail and will arrive within 2 to 4 business days depending on destination. All multiple item purchases are upgraded to Priority mail shipping. All orders are shipped with "Delivery confirmation" CustomCurling is not responsible for any "missing" shipment with a USPS "Delivered" status.
 All international orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority mail and should arrive to your door within 4 to 5 business days. Countries' s Custom may affect delivery schedules.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your payment and shipping details.

We guarantee shipment same or next business day on all engravings. Products

We only offer genuine Laguiole products. As require by US laws, the name of the manufacturer and the country of origin are engraved on each items.
A certificate of authenticity accompanies each product.

New! Choose your color leather sheath

We are offering this free option on most Chateau Laguiole corkscrews. Some models like the Versailles collection, Sommelier series etc.. have manufacturer assigned leather cases that cannot be substitute.Choice of color was created to accommodate our customers preference. However, CustomCurling.com reserve the right to substitute any color sheath without notice. Click here to view the sheaths.

Quality control

All Laguiole Corkscrews and Laguiole knives are individually inspected, cleaned, polished and lubricate before shipping.

Returns policies

If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your Laguiole product, within 30 days of receipt of your items, we will refund your purchase price (Less your or our shipping cost) with no questions asked and a warm thank you. We promise to take the same care with your return as we did with your original purchase. Please note that personalized items cannot be retuned unless we made an obvious mistake.

Broken items must be reported to us within 48 hrs of reception.
Please contact us to arrange return. Customer pays return shipping charges. Item must be sent via insured mail with delivery confirmation. Please note that any product returned showing signs of wear, alteration or damage in any way cannot be accepted.

Terms and Conditions ( legal )

In no event shall NeverUnder LLC  d.b.a Customcurling.com be liable for any loss of use, revenue or profit, direct or indirect damages arising from or connected with the resulting sale. Our liabilities are limited to the cost of the defective material or part only.                                                                                                                               Acceptance of any order or contract by NeverUnder LLC  d.b.a Customcurling.com. acknowledgment or commencement of performance is expressly conditional on purchaser's assent to the terms and conditions below even though no reference may be made thereto at time of acceptance. All Laguiole Corkscrews and Knives offer on our web site carries an unlimited lifetime guarantee. This guarantee is only offered through us by the manufacturers and will last until the Chateau Laguiole brand stop offering it.

Customcurling and / our manufacturer of Laguiole products  will not replace items that show obvious signs of neglect or intentional damages.

 

Credit Card Fraud Policy

NeverUnder LLC d.b.a CustomCurling.com takes credit card fraud very seriously. We cooperate completely with local, state and federal law enforcement officials to apprehend groups or individuals committing credit card fraud.

Whether it be in-state or across state lines, credit card fraud is a FEDERAL crime that is investigated by the FBI and prosecuted by the Department of Justice. By mandate of law, we are required to report such abuses and we happily comply with that mandate.

Our company will supply all information that we have about fraudulent orders to those officials who will then pursue investigation and prosecution of the criminal action taken by offending parties. Once the criminal case has been completed, a separate civil case is then submitted against the offending party to recover any and all damages (financial and otherwise) that is incurred by our company.

We take the security of our ordering system seriously and any attempt to fraudulently use a credit card will be reported immediately.

Government agency partnerships. Our payment provider (PayPal) cooperate and share investigations with the FBI and other law enforcement agencies.

We may send you information from time to time about new products or promotions we believe you will find of value. You may request not to receive mailings by sending an e-mail message to sales@customcurling.com or call 860-705-6172.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 6% is added to all orders shipped within the state of Connecticut.

Currencies

We bill our customers in US dollars currency. Other prices displayed in foreign currencies are only estimates. Fluctuating in currencies will lower or increase slightly the US cost at date of billing.
